When a Bride or Groom gets in touch we make sure we have your wedding date available and then like to arrange a free consultation to talk through your requirements, ideas and budget.
We are really flexible with our consultation appointments and often hold them on a weekday evening, and sometimes on the weekend too. These take place at Violet & Vine HQ (a converted barn just south of Lincoln, also known as Julie's home!) and are one of our favourite parts of the job as we love meeting you, talking through which flowers we could use and how to bring your vision to life.
If you have ideas on what you're thinking then do bring Pinterest boards, pictures and inspiration to our consultations, however the most important thing is to just bring yourselves as we have lots of pictures and books that will help guide your ideas.
Once we have talked through everything, we will send you a quote and if you'd like to go ahead (yay!) then we will ask you to pay a 15% deposit to secure your wedding date. The final balance will be due 14 days before the big day.
About a month before your wedding we arrange a catch up call to check that we are still all on the same page and to check whether there are any changes you wanted to make etc. We also chat through any logistics.
And then the fun really begins! Julie will get busy creating your beautiful flowers and they will be delivered to you all ready for your big day.
